Community Development Homes brings together accomplished professionals across architecture, interior design, land planning, engineering, construction execution, project oversight, legal and finance. Each team is selected for the specific site, market, design vision and execution requirements of the project.

We assemble the team, set the standard, hold the schedule and the budget, and keep every decision documented. The professionals we engage are independent firms chosen for the demands of a particular opportunity — not a fixed roster applied to every site.
Peter Lupus, President leads Community Development Homes. Design, engineering, legal, accounting and construction work is performed by independent professionals engaged for each project. Community Development Homes sources, underwrites, coordinates and governs the work.

Civil, structural and geotechnical engineers, surveyors and entitlement counsel who establish access, utilities, grading, drainage and the approval path before enthusiasm outruns feasibility.

Construction planning, quality and schedule oversight.
Construction is carried out by an independent construction company under the project entity, with project-management and owner-representation support engaged where scope or schedule warrants it.

Structure before capital, records before reporting.
Independent legal, accounting, title and consulting professionals who set the project entity, the approval controls, and the reporting basis so that every figure released can be traced to its source.

Project teams may include award-recognized architecture, interior design and development professionals selected for the demands of each opportunity.
Recognition is attributed to the party that actually received it, with documentation and the recipient’s permission on file before anything appears here.
