Information that helps
- Address, APN, or a parcel description
- A map or parcel link
- Current asking price
- Zoning, utilities, access, and known site conditions
- Ownership status and timing
What happens after you submit
- Your submission is recorded with a reference number.
- It is reviewed internally against our development criteria.
- If material information is missing, we ask for it specifically.
- You will normally receive a written response on whether we are proceeding.
Terms of submission
Submitting information does not create an agency relationship, brokerage relationship, partnership, purchase commitment, or any obligation for either party to proceed. No submission is guaranteed an offer, acquisition, partnership, or development commitment.
The person or firm who introduces a property is recorded with the date of introduction. Any source protection or compensation is established only in a separate written agreement after internal acceptance — it is never implied by submitting.
