Community Development Homes

For property and landowners

Your property may have more potential as a redevelopment opportunity.

If you own a premium lot, an older luxury home, a teardown candidate or an oversized parcel in Arizona, we can review whether the property may support a stronger residential use. The conversation is private, unhurried and carries no obligation to proceed.

Why owners contact us

When the next step is not obvious

An older home on valuable land

The residence may need substantial work, while the site itself may support a different residential outcome.

A premium lot

A well-located homesite may deserve a development review before it is marketed conventionally.

A possible teardown

The property’s setting, lot and market position may matter more than the existing improvements. See how remodel, resale and redevelopment can be compared.

An oversized parcel

The land may offer room for a more considered residence, an estate expansion or another residential use subject to zoning and feasibility.

Renovate, list or reconsider the property

An owner may want a clear development perspective before choosing among those paths.

A preference for privacy

Some owners want a direct conversation before placing a property on the open market.

What we consider

The property as it is — and what it may support

We consider location, lot size and orientation, the condition and position of existing improvements, access, utilities, zoning, nearby residential activity and the practical path to a new build, renovation or expansion for resale. A review is not an appraisal, valuation, offer or approval. It helps determine whether the property may fit a CDH-led opportunity.

What helps us review it

Start with what you know

You do not need to assemble a development package. Submit what you have, and we will identify any additional information needed.

  • The property address or parcel number.
  • Whether you own the property or are authorized to speak for the owner.
  • Your timing and price expectation.
  • A survey, floor plan, title report or other property documents, if available.
  • Anything you know about zoning, utilities, access or prior plans.
  • Photographs or a brief description of the existing home and site.

What happens next

What we do not do

Clear boundaries

We are not your broker

Reviewing your property does not make us your agent or broker and does not create any representation relationship.

We do not provide loans or act as the contractor

CDH does not provide financing or lending. Physical construction is performed by the appropriately licensed construction company under separate applicable agreements.

We do not promise an outcome

A review is a review. It is not an offer, a valuation, or a commitment to transact.

Submitting information does not create an agency, brokerage, confidentiality, exclusivity, compensation, partnership, financing, or purchase obligation.

Private review. No obligation to proceed.
